Food is great. Service was good. The small problem is the drinks are never cold. I don't think they refrigerate the soda cans.... All these years I have been given warm soda. The biggest issue is no one answers the phone. I have ordered here a lot over theyears and never once has someone answered the phone. I have read other reviews stating the same experience. When I go in toorder, the phone rings (I can hear it) but no one answers it. There are a few employees that are standing around looking attheir cell phones, but they ignore the phone. It would be nice to place an order and just walk in, pay and pick it up withouthaving to wait every time. I would give this place 5 stars for answering their phone and serving cold soda. Read more

My husband Ordered the CHICKEN FRIED RICE & he loved it.I ordered the sirlion burger which had a very good flavor.My fries were... kind of soggy needed to be cooked longer.I ordered the burger plain with nothing on it they put everything on it.My bun was abit soggy.This is the reason for 4 stars. Food was great, but it's a bit pricey these days. For a fast food company it it and I am sure many agree! Sauces, Pico de... Gallo, etc is not available anymore outside, do you gotta keep asking if always wanting more. Service is good and so is hosteven cleaning the dining area. Congrats on that! Keep up the good work. The food was delicious and the service was quick, but the bathroom was gross.
Been calling for over 1 hours to place my order. all I get , is a busy tone. So I told my husband to just show up and place the... order. When my husband got there and explain the matter to Maria the manager of the store of the issue of the phone not beinganswered for over an hour. Mrs Maria brush my husband questions off and simply stated, are you going to order or not. Mrs Mariawas extremely bad at providing great customer services and even made disrespectful had gestured toward my husband. I know ourfamily and our friends will not go to that location ever again because this is not the first poor experience receive at thislocation. The manager of the store Maria could care less. Great deal for chicken and traditional sides. The latter we're a bit bland for my taste, but the sauce made up for it. Sadly,... their onion bar closed due to covid. Otherwise, with their great seasoning, would rate as five stars. Read more
Hard to beat when hungry! Love the half chicken meal, rice and beans, with plantains. Pineapple soda to top it off. Love that... they have a fresh water dispenser with the condiments. Read more
