If I could give 0 stars, I would. For a franchise that promotes amazing chicken, their chicken is horrible! Came in last night... for dinner for the family. The lady making the food was horrible.. she had an attitude then got upset when my husband told herwe need a 12 piece family meal.. she tried to lie to us and told us we have to get tenders or cant get the meal. No problem,, wegot chicken and fries separately. When we got home, our chicken was oily, and so dark from the old oil that was used. And verybland! We asked for a family sized fries, she gave us cold and soggy fries and mixed it with cold and soggy wedges. Pretty muchwhat they had left. And the blueberry biscuits...were so hard that she tried to drown them in honey butter. Yes ma'am, I wouldlike some biscuits with my honey butter.. smdh. We called ahead of time and Was told...BY THE OWNER. they stop cooking at8:30pm. So we got there with enough time to be in and out before 8:30pm. Everyone in my house who ate this food,, woke up thismorning in the bathroom and throwing up. We go to different locations all the time and have never had an experience like this.They take no pride in their food and this location alone can tarnish the reputation that Krispy Krunchy Chicken has.
