The workers here deserve so much credit. They were very busy, it was about 93°, they were hustling as fast as they could go.... They were polite and friendly despite being slammed. I ordered a 16 piece, with mash, fries and Mac n chz. Everything was hotand tasted great. Read more
So firstly, I had to wait in the lobby for almost 10 minutes and no one helped me. There was only one other person there and NO... ONE IN THE DRIVE THRU. So we left and decided to go to the empty drive thru where we were immediately helped. However the womantaking our order was not the brightest either and when I asked if there were any other sauces she said no I?m asking you? thenwhatever they took my order of the extra crispy tenders. Came home and these tenders were god awfully fried I?d barely even callthem regular crispy. The mac and cheese was watery as hell and just off. I love kfc but this visit was not it. The entire staffwas so bad at their job it was insane. They were extremely disorganized and unhelpful with the lobby. A woman who had orderedbefore me had missed her coleslaw and was complaining that her chicken wasn?t extra crispy either. My cashier was Jordan and Icompleted my order at 2:54. Jordan was fine he was just a cashier to my knowledge but whoever was on shift that day (which threehad manager shirts on) is garbage at their fast food job when the restaurant is empty. I went to KFC around 8pm on SEPT 14th 2021 and was served the most disgusting food. First I asked for tenders and apparently... were completely out that I want dark meat and got grilled. Visited the KFC in Port Saint Lucie and ordered the 4 piece combo. I was honestly disappointed by how small the pieces of... chicken were but mostly, the mashed potatoes - it was as equivalent to 3 teaspoons. My 2 year old nephew wasn?t even satisfiedwith the portion. Amazing. Read more
Where do I start? First and foremost I went through thier drive thru to get a quick dinner on a rainy Sunday night on 3/3/19 AND... use my new Coupon's I got in the Mail. So I wanted to use the Coupon for: 1 Chicken Breast with 1 side and a Biscuit for Only$2.99, I was very excited because I love their Crispy Breast's and this was a Hell of a deal! However, when I requested it to be"crispy" and that I had no problem waiting, I was promptly told NO, they DON'T HAVE ANY MORE CHICKEN TO FRY UNTIL TOMORROW! ALLthe Chicken they have has ALREADY BEEN COOKED! WAIT, WHAT? I can't believe at 8:04 PM (when they close at 11PM) 3 whole hour'sbefore closing they DON'T have any more Chicken?! Come on now, if you believe that I have a Bridge in Brooklyn you mightwant! So since I really only eat thier "Crispy" recipe I asked if I order the $5 fill up of the Chicken Finger's could I getcrispy and the answer was yes, so with that I reluctantly ordered that and she told me to drive around. I noticed there was only1 car in the parking lot so they weren't busy, so I'm sure that these employees were just plain lazy on a Sunday night andstarted cleaning and shutting down early, 3 HOUR'S early!! I should have gone through the drive thru! I stood at the counter from 6:18 pm to 6:35 pm waiting for 2 pieces of chicken and a... side of coleslaw. This on top of being treated as though I wasn't even standing there waiting to order when I arrived. I wasdissatisfied with my whole experience today. Maybe next time will be better! Read more
