Terrible experience with manager Devin. Someone messed up our sandwiches and when we noticed refused to fix them because they... were closed. I would understand except they answered the phone when I called, started to say they would fix it and to come upand grab them but then she changed her mind and recanted. She said she didn?t make the sandwiches and then said she did. Thesandwich doesn?t say Mayo on the menu therefor Mayo should not have been put on it. Read more

Have gone to this place for years. I wish they would have changed something on their menu throughout the years whether it was to... implement some sort of hot sandwiches but then again they are known to be FREAKY FAST when making their food and hot food wouldmost likely break that reputation. Overall this place has always been decent. The one place I had always placed chips on top ofmy sub. Did it when I was a kid and still do it to this day. Read more

Had a terrible experience at this location today at 6 pm. 2 females and a guy were working that shift and myself and my family... came in we were instantly profiled and treated poorly. After asking to view our sandwiches it was shoved in our faces by themale making the sandwiches after that experience I decided I wanted a refund and no longer wanted the sandwiches the womanbehind the counter stated she would only provide a partial refund and questioned why I wanted my money back. I explained to herthat I did not have to give her a reason and she proceeded to call me a b!tch and told me to get the fnck out of her store andnot to come back. This is no way to treat a customer and I?m sure you value your customers . This was a terrible experience formyself and my family. I felt racially profiled and treated unfairly. I will not be returning to this store. I was unable to gettheir names but I do have my receipts from my purchase and refund. Read more
