Great sandwiches and customer service! Sandwiches reminded me of the ones back in Old Bridge, NJ.

The WORST customer service. I love Jersey Mike's but absolutely REFUSE to go to this one anymore. I have been to this particular... location 3 times & Each time I have been ignored when I am the only customer standing in line and other customers walk in afterme. I will be standing there ready to order but none of the employees greeted me or asked to take my order, then when anothercustomer comes they greeted them and took their orders. Today was the third time this happened, so much so that I had to say outloud how they must not have seen me standing there waiting to order once again. The other customers had even commented how itwas wrong that they ignored me and asked them their orders first. It was the other CUSTOMERS that offered for me to go ahead ofthem in line NOT the employees. Jess eventually took my order and made my sandwiches however it has been her that has been theone to ignore me the previous times I've walked in. Which makes me wonder how many others she does this to and if this is howall the employees at this location treat customers. I chose this location because it is located close to my house however I willnow drive 20 mins away to a different Jersey Mikes from now on. It sucks to order my family subs and come home in a bad mood dueto terrible customer service. Jersey Mikes is supposed to make a difference in your day and this one did, only the differencewas a negative one. Ordered subs to be delivered because I'm home sick. And this is what I got for 40 bucks!

Used to really love this place-could always count on it to be clean..great service?.food perfect ? lately it is hit and miss... depending on which crew is working?.most of the time still good?but several of the new folks are always off the mark,?foodhandling is not good?counter is always a mess?.hands go from food, to register?to cleaning products and back again without newgloves or washing?.. and even food quality seems to have changed?..the roast beef today had so much thick lines of fat I wassorry I ordered the sandwich?. First time ordering from Jersey Mike's. Uber Eats delivery. I placed order at 8:25p. No driver, no driver. They canceled order... at 9:45p when driver was already on his way to the store. I literally spoke with him. They could have called me and I wouldhave picked it up instead. But they didn't. I waited an HOUR AND A HALF...only for them to cancel it. And I just happened tonotice it- no call from the driver. No text from driver or Uber. So I had to place a similar but unequal order from someoneelse who happened to be open at 10p (which isn't easy because everyone's closed now) and it can take up to an hour +15 mins perUber. I'm not cheap. I give a fair tip so what's the issue?? So...I'm possibly 11:15p for an order placed almost 3 hoursearlier. We're starving at this point. I will NEVER order from Jersey Mike's again.
