First time eating there best oxtails I had ever totally recommend very friendly staff

The jerk chicken was semi-dry, not as spicy as I would have liked for jerk. The beans in the rice were not fully cooked, beans... almost raw. They were crunchy, not soft. The cabbage was not cooked through. Cabbage was like it was cut off the head andplated, hard and crunchy. Had to cook the cabbage in a pot at home because the cabbage was too hard, like cabbage salad, notdesirable. The only thing that was tasty was the plantain, only get two per plate, and in the other plate was the oxtails. Theoxtails were good and the beans and rice was a bit uncooked but not as bad as the jerk chicken plate. Overall, this is a stepdown from the restaurant I visited a few years ago in 2017. The customer service was on par with other top restaurants. The man who served us was extremely nice and he had a friendly... atmosphere about him that made our experience as first timers really comforting.
