Jensen Beach location is improving with more donuts available. It's amazing they now have pumpkin donuts in November, who would... have thought. I now can have a donut with my coffee but the jelly sticks and chocolate sticks still need to return. Myself andfellow "Softballers" stop each Monday and Thursday and I believe the owner is trying his best with what he has. Read more
I just paid almost $7 for a large iced cappuccino with an extra shot of espresso except I got a large cup of milk with no ice... and no sweetener so I know it's not a real cappuccino. I guess it's easier to just pour milk in a cup and call it a day. Read more
I?ve been coming by this store on and off for three months in the morning. The line is always wrapped around the building. Today... I decided to try and see if I got better service going inside. Worst Dunkin in the area. Staff is all laughing and joking but have not completed mobile orders in a timely fashion. Went to pick up a small coffee, the girls were dancing and talking, I was ignore! I waited in front of the register. Two guys... came in and she greeted them friendly so I interrupted and place my order, next thing I see she brings their order and I askedher why if I was there first she brought their coffee first? First, I always try to look for the positive in everything so it pains me to leave a 1 star review. With that in mind I have to... start by saying that the older ladies that work there are the best! The younger girls, not to bright. I always stop for a frozencoffee but no more. Too many times I get slightly flavored ice. Apparently they aren't bright enough to fill the cup with thecorrect amount of ice before putting it in the blender, instead they put enough coffee syrup for one serving and fill theblender to the top leaving enough left over for 2 large cups of half flavored frozen coffee. Visited the Dunkin off US1 in Jensen Beach today November 19th, 2023, at around 2:30 p.m. The young lady who took my order... through the drive-thru and it was a simple order of their signature latte with extra mocha syrup, she was very slow as if takingthe time to talk and take my order was exhausting her. Maybe she was having an off day I can understand that. But then when Idrove away and drank what was supposed to be a latte I was shocked to taste almond flavor and maybe a bit of caramel and lookedlike it had been whipped, frothy. She was also rolling her eyes while taking my money and again acting as if it was taking everyounce of energy to move and deal with me as a customer. I can forgive the bad day we all have them but not that much of a mix-upwith my drink when I was the only customer in the drive-thru and there were only two cars parked out front. Read more
