This place doesn't even deserve 1 star, horrible service, they have bunch of young employees that are rude, and never get your... order correctly, i been reported them many times to headquarters all they did to apologise and send a coupon that went togarbage, they totally have no management in this place i wouldn't even trust to eat their sandwiches. stay away. I love Sarah & her strong loyalty/faithful team @ BP gas station in Port St. Lucie FL No matter how busy, lack of staff @... designated time, or long lines @ drive through, Sarah takes superior action as a young leader who can handle any daily businesschallenge! 7/30 the service here was terrible, will never come here again. I?m not a dd regular but i went in knowing what i wanted, cold... brew with brown sugar cold foam. First off they dont even acknowledge you when you walk in they just stare at you till you saysomething to them. I proceeded to order my drink but they didnt have any cold brew so i let my son order what he wanted . iasked her well what else do you have thats iced ? her response was ?coffee?. Im like well duh but what flavors? When i go toStarbucks if they are out of something they always recommend something else. Oh and dont bother saying thank you they wont sayyour welcome. the lady that gave me my drink at least had a smile when she gave me my order. Example: This is a picture of what I received when I ordered veggie cream cheese on the side. A blob of plain on it instead.... This has to be the worst dunkin'...I can always expect the order to be wrong and that the food will take over 10 minutes. Theyare also always out of something. I usually need them to remake and so then I'm trapped for 20 minutes. The ppl are nice butthey need to be trained and taught to move with a purpose. Read more

This was my first time to this location, on (3/3/19). It was a rainy Sunday, early evening and I had a craving for DD Coffee!... But since it was pouring outside I looked for a drive thru but saw none so out in the rain I go and asked the girl why they hadno drive thru and as I uttered those words my eyes met the, "Drive thru window" and I said, Oh, yes you do, lol but it wasn'tvisible from Port St Lucie Blvd. or even when your in that Plaza?
