One star for management and FIVE stars for Cody. To the owner or store manager you should be ashamed of yourselves. I understand... retail from many years of experience but at no point in time should ONE single employee be running a chain food store alone.This guy was handling the cafe, the drive through and the online orders all by himself. He apologized to his guests multipletimes and handled the situation as well as he could. I suggest you do two things: Hire more people and give this kid a raise. Read more

Slowest Dunkin in America. Expect to wait Atleast 20 minutes on the drive through even if you are the only car. Doesn?t matter... what time you go or what day of the week it is. It?s an issue every single time I come here. There is always a wait, the staffnever knows what they are doing, they are always out of everything. It?s beyond annoying. Read more
The woman taking my order at the drive-through was really sweet, but the only coffee flavors they have right now are pumpkin... spice bs. Not sure why I thought that maybe I would like it, pumpkin spice is literally the worst thing about fall. Can?t waitfor new flavors to be available! I run on dunkin, just not when its pumpkin spiced.
