It's been a while since I have been to Checkers. Now I remember why. I had the Big Burford, fries, and a chocolate shake. Out of... the 3, the fries were the most editable. Horrible, lettuce was brown and mushy. Fries were rock hard. Wait was over 20 minutes.
Missing my medium fries and gave my daughter raw chicken tenders. Five calls later still no answer
Probably the worst fast food workers in the entire country and If you go inside prepare for the worst fast food experience of... your life. First they will attempt to ignore you and hope you'll run out of patience and go away. Then once they take your orderyou'll be waiting another 20-30 minutes for your food. I?m very disappointed on this checkers, first their credit card machine was down, ok, sometimes happens. So i only could pay... with cash. Every single piece that I ordered looks like was from previous day. I asked for 2 fudge Sundays and got 2 very skimpy cheesecake Sundays. I wish I had pics to download as well because the cup was... barely filled and when I said something to the associate after trying to get there attention the girl walked to the window and iasked about the portion given and no sooner then I asked she responded rudely with thats the way it is and turned around walkedaway and disregarded me totally. It was was about 6 dollars down the drain as I bought one for me and my daughter. Not at allenjoyed after being cheated out of money and a pleasant experience. The food is good, it just takes forever to get served. The milkshake machine is down AGAIN and they are rude here. Not sure... why, but they dont care how slow they are. I watch 3 people ask for refunds because the wait was so long. .....update....in thelast 10 minutes, i watched 2 more gueats walk in and request refunds. Service is ridiculously bad today. Read more
Food was out fast. I guess the reason for that was that it was left over from lunch rush and I was visiting at 3:30. Fish... sandwich and spicy chicken sandwich both barely warmed. Lettuce well wilted. Appearance of old sandwiches. Read more
