Drive-thru first window, male cashier seated and nodding off. Second window, female crew member says, "you need to pull forward... we got no fries ready". Got home and surprise, no fish on the Big Fish sandwich. Just bread and condiments. This place istrash. Read more
This place honestly deserves 0 stars, but that isn't possible so I'm putting one. Atrocious service, I was completely ignored by... the blonde lady at the window when I tried to walk through the drive through (I only walked because they were closed inside at10:30 when all posted hours say they're open until 11). Ordered 2 sandwiches and told them how I wanted both of them. The sandwiches both came out wrong with enough mustard on them for... 3 or 4 sandwiches. Starting to notice that fast food restaurants will give you service far below their prices. It needs tochange people are barely making it these days and should be given what they ask for when they place their order. I?ve come here for the past two months and every single time that I come the milkshake machine is always down. This is literally... like the 10th time. I?ve even gone to other Burger Kings and they always say it?s down. This is unacceptable. This place is always slow.. food cold after waiting 8-deep for chicken fries for 20 min in DT lane due to endless drama at the... service window.. When I finally got to the window... The person at the window said chicken fries right? I said yes. I took thebag and ended up with chicken nuggets. I parked and returned to the store to change them out. I happen to be driving home when I saw cars in the drive thru! I am disgusted with the management at this location!! It is 6:10... pm on 11/9/22 with a hurricane approaching! They have mandated their staff to stay and serve customers instead of home withtheir families preparing for the storm. These employees should not be out on the roads when we are getting hit with strong outerbands from Hurricane Nicole. This tells me they(BK Management) don't care about the safety of their dedicated employees, onlythe almighty dollar they can make at the risk of others. If I were a staff member I would take heed in this message from thismanagement team and make some changes for my personal safety!
