I don?t wish ill on your establishment, but I am extremely disappointed with the timing of the order, the poor customer service,... and the quality of the food. Ordered at noon and didn?t receive it until 2:30! The pizza and wings arrived lukewarm and were notfresh, the extra blue cheese we asked for was missing and there was extra garlic rolls for tardiness. When we called to followup there was no ownership over the wait and follow up. When we had first placed the order we were yelled at about the timerequest which is quite unprofessional. I wish it had been communicated that delivery was an issue, and we could have gone topick it up ourselves instead of waiting 2 hours. I do not recommend eating at this establishment, as they need to work on theircustomer service, the focus on the food and order and timeliness of their delivery orders. I never received my order. It was over an hour after the delivery window on slice. I called the shop, he said it was out for... delivery. Waited another 25 minutes and finally contacted Slice. They reached out to the owner who lied to Slice and said itwas delivered. Slice refunded my money. Don?t waste your time! Read more

I haven?t had a pizza in more than a year. I recently moved to the Port St Lucie area. Someone recommended ?The Big Apple? for... pizza. As they say in Jersey, ?Fogetta About It?. One word: Terrible. There was hardly any sauce or taste. For this pizzato be called ?The Works?, well, maybe sometimes. $21 for this door mat. The toppings were ok, but I have seen better at ?PapaJohns?. Recently moved here wanted a nice meat Stromboli and the one I got was nothing like what I am use to from Big Apples. I?ve been... eating this for years. The one I got tonight was very soggy no taste and came wrapped in foil which made it worse. I?m use togetting my Stromboli in a styrofoam container. Again taste was awful and these things are not cheap! Mind you by daughter pickedit up said she see a worker in the FRONT making garlic knots with no gloves on. I took the chance and ate it anyways and noteven an hour later my stomach is hurting. NEVER AGAIN. Read more
I was dying for a really good pizza and they had a photo of a white pizza that looked exactly like we ordered them in New York... so I was very excited to get the photo image and what I got was a margarita pizza with a little bit of regatta. I absolutelyhate tomatoes on my pizza and when I called to ask them why there were tomatoes he says it?s in the writing so I said what aboutthe photo that means it?s a fake photo and yes it is a fake photo so if you?re using these photos to make decisions don?t usetheir reviews which they are only at a 3.6 terrible customer service as well fake photos alert Read more
Nice prices, I definitely recommend coming in for the Monday, Tuesday pizza specials. Nice mozzarella not low moisture cheap... cheese. Fast service and very very close taste to the Brooklyn style. Also the dine is nice and comfy. Read more
