This subway has a sign posted outside saying ?new management.? Do yourself a favor and stay away. We used to love coming here... but the quality has severely dropped. We tolerated it for a while because we enjoyed this subway before the new management. Wewere hoping it would get better. Last night, my husband and I each had a sandwich from here. We got SEVERELY, miserably sickover night and throughout the entire next day. We are 100% certain it was food poisoning and we know for sure that it was fromSubway. Is it ever even open anymore??? I cant even remember the last time I was able to stop and get food. Currently sitting outside... the door, all lights are on, "Open" sign is on, the door is locked and not a soul in sight. Never had issues with quality whenyou could actually get food here. Read more
We stopped at the Subway in Jennings during a road trip with our 9 yo and 1 yo kids. This facility was clean and the staff were... so sweet. They complimented our kids (even as we let our 1 yo walk off his carseat legs). As we left, they gave us some cookiesfor the kiddos. How sweet are they! I am almost speechless. 8:30pm 04/20/2022 my husband went in to place our order in person. I wanted the Buffalo Chicken wrap.... The female working asked what kind of meat... on a Buffalo CHICKEN wrap. Then did not understand how to make the chickenBuffalo. My husband had to point it out to her on her own menu and explain you just toss the chicken in Buffalo. I haven?t eatensubway in years, and have never worked there and I could make the sandwich. Since they couldn?t figure that out I had to changemy order to something I didn?t even want just because it was something they knew how to make. Then came my daughters order (keepin mind there are only like 3 kids options on the menu) we ordered a Black Forest ham mini. The clerk tried putting on roastbeef. We had to correct her. Then comes my husbands order a subway melt, again she tried putting the wrong meat on the sandwich.We had to walk out because we were constantly correcting her even though she was looking at her instruction menu. Seriously ifall your employees know how to make is a roast beef sandwich then please limit your menu and stop wasting peoples time and gasto get to your store. If this was just a new employee that has no brain cells then at least do us the courtesy of putting her onafter the lunch rush and before dinner. Read more
No service they had a trainee during lunch rush. I ended up leaving after it took 10 minutes to wait on one customer. Not going... back. Contacted management and never hit in touch with me. So would suggest everyone go somewhere else to eat. Read more
Worst customer service ever! I placed a mobile order at 1:12pm and it had a 1:30 pickup time. When I got there, the door was... locked, but people were inside. I stood there waiting for someone to come to the door, but all of the staff just stared at me.My food was literally right there on the rack next to the door, but they would not open it. I waited until a customer walkedout, then when I walked in, they very RUDLY yelled WE CLOSED! How do you take orders for food, assign a pickup time, and thenclose before you give the customer what they paid for? UNSATISFACTORY!! Don?t take orders if you are going to be closed! Trainyour staff properly how to close if so, and how to respond and treat customers. Use common sense! Be more like Chic-fil-Acustomer service; obviously they got it right. Read more
