Sidecar is a bar first and a restaurant second. Small menu but everything we ate was delicious. The beer, wine, and cocktail... selection was good. Service was polite. Since the building is new (2022), everything is clean. Lots of outdoor seating whichwould be perfect for fall or spring. It was too hot to be outside when I visited during the summer. If I could?ve given 0 stars, I would have. I was there and had an EXTREMELY uncomfortable interaction with Mel I think his name... was? (Short African American guy with glasses) He made me, and the other people I was with, feel so uncomfortable the wholeentire time I was there, so much so that I got up and left. I know he was making other people feel the same way by the looks ontheir faces.. I would not recommend this place to anyone as long as he?s an employee there. He?s the type of guy that makeswomen feel uncomfortable at a bar and it is 2022. That?s unacceptable. Read more
WOW! A diamond being polished brightly! Neighborhood bar food & drinks beyond measure! I just had one of, if not the best,... grilled cheese panini I've EVER had! Delicious Havarti & Gouda on mild jalapeno cornbread. It is served with a spicy Nashvillesauce that was too hot for my wife, but I loved it. Tabasco not needed! We saved room to split a Scorched Cheese Cake that wasover the moon! If you're in the mood for lunch, a snack, a meal, or an evening nosh, Sidecar should be on your list! Oh! And thehatch downstairs servers breakfast. We're going to try that as our schedules allow. Bring your friends for a drink or just tosip a soda by the enormous fireplace! We went to the Jenks Sidecar rooftop patio in a beautiful October Friday evening just as the sun was setting. It is very similar... to the set up and design to the Cherry street Sidecar. The service was attentive and friendly. We got there about 6:30 pm withnot many other customers there, however it did fill up a little as the evening progressed. As other people have said, it is morebar than restaurant, however we enjoyed delicious filling appetizers and delicious Cocktails. We will return! Read more
