Me and my friends and family had a great lunch . It was hot food and great service.
I usually have no complaints with this Mazzio's but tonight was just different and the driver was completely rude about the... situation. We had ordered a half pepperoni and half supreme ken's pizza and they tried to say that the pepperoni half wasn't onthe ticket, even though this was a re-order. An order we have placed several times with no issues. They made the half pepperonia cheese pizza and that would have been completely fine with us if the guy wasn't so rude about it. He said he tried to call us5 times and we had no missed calls because their website glitched and messed up the phone number for our order. They did noteven try to make it up when I called the store. All they said was they can't control how phone numbers are put in. They need tofix their website and not make it so glitchy. I will not be ordering again because of this experience, which is sad because I'vealways loved this Mazzio's but this experience ruined it. Read more
No customer service at all. No.paper menus, no bring ANYTHING to your table. Unable to wash your hands, unless you brought it to... their attention that they had no soap. Unable to make enough water come out of the magic faucet it had no water controls. Whileyou stare at the sign that says, EMPLOYEES MUST WASH HANDS WITH HOT SOAPY WATER. This locations and Glenpool clearly have their hours listed as 11pm close on weekends. Yet they were both closed when I called... at 10:20 to place an order. So I ordered from 71st Lewis, who?s hours are clearly listed at MIDNIGHT 12am closing on weekends.Drove over there and guess what? Pizza was given to another customer by mistake AND they were closed at 11. I don?t know what isgoing on but Mazzios corporate needs to do something about the operating hours being wrong on Apple Maps, google, etc. Or thesestore just deciding they want to close early. Pizza is a two the salad bar brings it up a star. If they still had egg on there it would be better.
Good old Mazzio?s. They?ve been a local staple for decades. You know exactly what you?re going to get. Good salad and good pizza... at a fair price. Read more
My family absolutely loves Mazzio?s Italian Eatery, we enjoyed the buffet on lunch one afternoon and the food we great. The... salad we so fresh and the deserts were delicious! We love Mazzios and can?t recommend the buffet at lunch enough! This locationwas great but it was really packed for lunch time when we went and the staff failed to keep the buffet stocked with pizza. Itwas like 1 pizza coming out at a time and everyone would go get a piece and then we would have to wait a good minute for anotherone to come out. Read more
