Terrible service. I arrived there with no one in the lobby or in the Drive-Thru. I have a doordash order that was supposed to be... picked up at 5-7 minutes after I arrive. But they refused to make the order till 35 minutes after I arrive. I'm delivering foodfor the customer I'm not dining in. I've really tried to be patient & polite with the employees at this location, but their customer service and quantity never seem... to be present. Majority of the time, they don't have what you want to order (no matter what time you go), and then offer asubstitute BUT with an upcharge. Like, how does that work, it's on you that you have to substitute it, I shouldn't have to payextra for your lack of supply! Don't have it on the menu if you don't ever have it available! Then the communication is beyondrude, nonchalant and disrespectful, as if you owe the employees something for simply ordering food. If you do not like your job,I am sorry, but it's as simple as quitting. This is not the first or second time, but rather the third, and final time. Restaurant was hot inside, couldn't eat in the heat after ordering the buffet. Asked for a box to take what I couldn't eat but... was told NO! I told them they should of given me a box and treated like a carry out. I just had surgery and was ready to go homewhere it's cool so I can eat. Spent alot of money but we didn't eat our dinner....won't ever go back so they lost two loyalcustomers. I've seen them treat other elderly people wanting to take their dog a bone but they got rude with him and he leftangry too. Read more
I like the extra crispy fried chicken. I got the three piece white and mashed potatoes. It was very good. So was the iced tea.... The counter staff, got my order out quickly. No mess ups. Two thumbs up. I would go back and purchase there again. Read more
The store is well kept but in need up an update. Food was great. Had to ask for our cookie for our meal when it was left out.... Buffett was closed to an open buffet but still allowed over the counter. Wish it was open but with many still scared to go outand eat, I can understand the decision to not place a Buffett in the midst of vacancy. Just be patient and order it over thecounter until this country gets back to normalcy. Read more

This is the SECOND time this has happened to my family. My husband pulls up to the drive through orders original KFC chicken and... they said it would take 20 mins before it would be done.
