Had the chicken and waffles with coffee. Was with a large group and others got the sausage and biscuit, eggs benefits,... pancakes, etc and everything looked great. We went for Saturday brunch and it was PACKED and we waited an hour, however Ianticipated that and had been wanting to go a while. Would recommend coming with a small party or earlier in the day. Great food! I love the loaded tumblers! Could not get enough of those. I also got pancakes and eggs with a hot chocolate. My... boyfriend got the biscuits and gravy. Only complaints are that the biscuits were small, definitely needs more food on that plateand were constant had to ask our waiter to wait on us. We waited out whole meal to get the mimosas we ordered before our foodand never got them. Otherwise, it was nice. Very popular place which makes it very busy. Read more
We ordered several different dishes including Salmon Benedict, very veggie omelette, mission taco and French toast. It was... really good food. Freshness would be one way to describe it. The grape fruit juice was prepared fresh. The sweat items were nottoo heavy and not too sweat - just the right flavor. We finished everything. Would recommend this place. Read more
We love Hatch so much! Everything tastes so fresh and not greasy! Try the chicken and waffles for a sweet and savory explosion... of flavor in your mouth!!! Like something even more adventurous? Try the Cheiftain?s Revenge. This dish features delectableshredded pork over grits and topped with fried eggs and guacamole and tortilla strips. Tomatillo salsa forms a delicious ?moat?around this beautiful breakfast castle of a meal. Their chai latte is to die for and black coffee is perfectly brewed as well.Waitresses are friendly. Cherie served us this past time and she did awesome!! An Eggs Benedict requires hollandaise not buttered down egg yolks. Breakfast sausage, dry and scrambled eggs were dry. The... only good thing was the hash brown tumblers. 10 dollar Bloody Marys made with Zing Zang. Coffee was not worth 3 dollars. Theonly good thing about the place was the tumblers, the service and it was new and clean. Probably not going back. 2 people and$50 dollars later the main thing I feel is regret. Read more

My wife tried this place out and told me I had to go with her the next day! The food was as good as advertised. Very fresh... fruits and everything was hot once served. The staff was friendly and even after making a mistake on the order they corrected itquickly with no issues at all. We weren?t bothered with the mess up being that everyone was trying to figure out their jobs. Ifyou don?t get anything else but the loaded hash browns they would not disappoint I guarantee it! When I tell you this is where I?m going to be spending my brunches for God knows how long?I MEAN THAT!! The eggs were so fresh... that it should be called ?Lay? instead of ?Hatch? because those eggs were freshly laid!! ???????????????? But no really, thisplace is fantastic. Got seated quickly, friendly staff, and awesome waitress. Everybody had a smile on their face which isalways a plus. Go check them out. They do brunch the right way ????????
