Usually Pretty good though I ordered this with extra pepperoni and paid extra for it? not impressed
Today is the 3rd and last time we've ordered fresh pizza and they've provided unsatifactory product from this location. Today's... issue, at 4pm we placed an online order for a cheese pizza and a supreme pizza to be ready for pickup at 5pm. Pretty simpleorder and request. We received notification the order was ready at 4:25pm. It was requested for 5pm because we couldn't be thereany earlier to pick it up, so by the time we got there at 5pm, both pizzas were cold. Along with that, the cheese pizza wasover-cooked and tough, while the supreme pizza was soggy from them not draining the juice from the vegetables which ultimatelycaused the pizza to be an under-cooked wet, doughy mess. I usually come into this store love the pizza, however I was visiting the store on April 26, 2022 I was helped by a much bulkier... gentleman he was great and kind, but two other associates one older with white hair and the another younger brunette we?rehaving a conversation that I believe should have been handled elsewhere not open in the public around other employees and infront of customers I would not recommended a career here along with the kitchen staff not wearing hair nets. I'm from Sterling heights, Michigan. First time in Casey's, I ran across this youngman "Jameison" can you say Customer Service... at its best! Jameison made me feel right at home with his beautiful smile, always rolling out the red carpet! I truly appreciategood customer service!!!! thank you lexley you also made me feel welcome, I'm impressed ????. Fourth pizza order in a row with all four orders incorrect. Simple orders, but they are not right. Last time we ordered only to... find out an hour later they had no pizza dough yet they took our order and let us wait over an hour only to find out they didn?thave dough. They could have called us - our phone number was on the order. We filed a complaint and received no response. Todayordered a pizza 1/2 and 1/2. Nope. Whole pizza was the same. Had to go get food for our grandson since his was wrong. The pizzais delicious but we are so done. It?s too expensive to pay for something you didn?t want. Will not bother complaining tocustomer service since no response last time. Terrible service. Read more
Jamison was very nice and made sure my daughters drink was cold and not one that was just sitting off to the side on a rack so... so sweet of him great customer service we love going there they are so nice and have amazing pizza everyone talks about howamazing the pizza is. I grew up with Casey?s taco pizza. I love it. However, the last two times we have ordered from this location, our order has been... less than par. Today my taco pizza was barely warm. Do better Caseys. Make your employees care about quality and customersatisfaction. Read more
