I went here for the first time since one of my friends speaks so highly of it. I went through the drive through and while I was... waiting one of the teenage employees was laying on a prepping station with their shoes on the counter. Then as they brought thebowls over to the counter by the window, some of the pineapple had dropped off and they used their hands and put it back on thebowl. I then had asked them if they just put it back on or if they threw it away and she froze and hesitantly said "uhh i put itback on." so I asked them to remake it. Then the next one that came had a completely different consistency as the one before andcompared to the one my boyfriend had. It was frozen in chunks and not smooth and looked frost bitten from the freezer. Inormally don't do much for myself and since it was so different so then I went inside at this point. I asked if they blended itor just grabbed it out of the freezer. I asked her if I can get it made again because I worked at an acai and juice place tooand that would be unacceptable to give to give to a customer. She then went to the back and was talking rudely to the employeeswhile i could hear which was very unprofessional. As she gave me the new bowl, she didn't look at me or say a word which wasshocking that the customer service was so low. This last bowl looked so much different than the other two bowls before which wasshocking that they all looked so different. After all this the bowl was good but it was a pain to get it. Read more

I got two 3-scoop bowls and they had significantly less fruits than usual. I LOVE acai bowls and love this place but the place... lacks consistency I feel like. Today, I added strawberries to one of the bowls that I ordered and I don't think it was even awhole strawberry. 5 thin slices of strawberries... Was it really worth extra $1? I don't think so. I absolutely love Asighe but the past four times I have come in I have been jipped. Every single time I get two scoops and it is... very small... There is never consistency and I feel like I'm wasting money. Read more
Edited - The owner was awesome and gave me a gift card to try it out again. I went to the Bixby location. The location was very... cool with a lot of fun arcade games. The customer service was also great. I think I'll need to play around with the bowls to seewhich one is the right one for me. My daughter loved her peanut butter cacao bowl. Read more
My sister comes here often and she got me addicted! I finally came to get my own today. I ordered through their website from my... sisters shop in Jenks but when I arrived to pick it up I saw the new customer code in the window lol. I texted it and wentin. They were super friendly and helpful. They, I think it was the owner, even credited my card back for one scoop! Veryclean, super nice, lots of options for anyones diet if they have restrictions, etc. Definitely recommend the Red, White, andBlue Acai Bowl and them!! I'll be back! Read more

Portions were surprisingly small. When I questioned it, I was told that I ordered the "child size", even though I did not... request a child size. I also wasn't expecting canned fruit. Yuck. For 15.00, I expected better. Read more
