My visits to this Starbucks can be hit or miss. I stopped in to grab an iced coffee on my way through town. I do not remember... the name of the girl working the window but she was very kind! The line was long when I pulled up but the staff were moving italong quickly I had my coffee in hand within 5 minutes of pulling into the line. Overall a great experience! Read more
Sitting here for 20 minutes past open time and asked the workers what was going on need to say there are 3 people working and... they said we can't open unless we have a 4th person we are ordered and payed for our coffee you mean 3 people can't open a drivethru only come on what happen to businesses these days definitely not about the customer Read more
My barista was extremely helpful with my order. I wanted a chai tea latte with 2 shots of espresso. He suggested I order a... Grande latte with chai tea to save some money. I was driving home from a 2.5 hours trip from the West side of the.state to theDetroit area so every drop of caffeine counted. It was a great hot coffee drink. Love this newer addition to the Jenison area! It?s located just off Baldwin and Main. Great interior decor with a light and airy... feel. Plenty of outdoor seating with a modern vibe. Super friendly staff who are helpful and welcoming. Read more
