Very disappointed in this place. Stayed at the Westin and requested food to be ordered to go. They very rudely asked if I was... staying at the hotel as though no one who isn’t staying here can even get to go food because they’re operating understaffed.Paid $78 for a meal, requested a medium rare steak and it barely came out pink. Also slapped a room service charge on my accounteven though I went down to pick up the food. WHAT?! The least you can do is bring it to me if you’re going to charge me a feefor room service. Mediocre food very mediocre service. Do your self a favor and go anywhere besides here if you plan to stay onJekyll island. Disappointed and as a Marriott vacation club owner I am embarrassed that they have this restaurant under theirname. Spend your money elsewhere Read more
Great views, terrific food, and a very high end experience for a business meal. I enjoyed amazing shrimp and grits, a wedge... salad and pecan pie. My colleague chose calamari and was very impressed. The sweet tea was great and their scotch selectionwas the best on the island. Read more

I've had drinks and dinner at The Reserve on four occasions across two visits to this Westin. Everything, food and drinks, are... well prepared. The atmosphere is very comfortable, especially the bar area (my area of preference). The service is attentive andI did find it crowded on any occasion. Try the calamari and the lamb chops. Read more
My husband and I dined here and had a fantastic experience. Our waiter was Johnny and he was fantastic. Scallops for me and tuna... for my husband. Both dishes did not disappoint. The view from the patio is phenomenal! Not sure why there are bad reviewsbecause this has been one of our favorite dining experiences on the island. Read more
My boyfriend and I stayed at the Westin and came down here for drinks and dessert. The peanut butter pie was super rich and... creamy! Definitely recommend if you like good peanuts butter. I also got the Irish chocolate martini, and it was superdelicious! Read more
Came here for a late night dinner and a breakfast. We loved the service - Winston took great care of us and checked in at the... perfect times. The decor feels a little dated and cheap but the outdoor dining views are excellent. Now the important part; fordinner I had the grouper with sweet potatoes and grilled vegetables, the meal was filled with flavor but the size in comparisonto price was rather disappointing (If it was about a half plate more this would be a 5 star review). My wife had the sirloin andit was cooked precisely to her order, however, still felt over priced. The lobster Mac & Cheese is phenomenal and I highlyrecommend it if you're a fan of a creamy mac. The selection overall is pretty good and there is plenty of different alcohols tochoose from. Great choice if you're staying at the Westin and convenience is your priority. For breakfast we had the southernscramble which was very good and a decent portion size. The quality was superb, the price left you yearning for more. Read more
I must say I was a little hesitant to add this to our itinerary based on the Google reviews. After reading the reviews some... seemed a little nit picky, so we decided to give it a shot. We couldn't have had a better experience or meal. Cameron thewaiter was fantastic. The food was even better. The French onion soup was very good and the filet was to die for. I've had alot of filets in my life, this was right up there with the best of them. The wife got penna vodka with chicken and that too wasphenominal. We would highly recommend the reserve, in fact we plan to go back for our last night here. It was so good I felt Ineeded to leave this review to offset some of the negative ones. Read more
