This place was recommended by the bartender at our hotel who informed us we should get there early because it's so popular. We... got there after 6 however. We waited an hour which was fine. We got cocktails at the bar and walked to the pier and watched thehigh tide. Then returned for another round. The bartender was wonderful, attentive, and made amazing drinks. We got the grilledshrimp with squash casserole, and fried okra; and the stuffed flounder with macaroni and collards. EVERYTHING WAS TOP TIER! Thesquash casserole was the best I've ever had (other than my mother's) and they gave me the recipe card. The entire staff was sofriendly. The dining experience was amazing. If we visit Jekyll Island again this is the one place we will DEFINITELY return to. Read more

Nice little place the locals sure seem to love. I was nearly steamrolled by a mob of senior citizens when the doors opened at 5... pm, so I knew we were in the right spot. That said, the food was pretty good. Definitely, the best food we have had during ourtime on Jekyll Island. Our server was awesome and super friendly as well.
