I travel on 71 all the time and used to always stop here for meals. I will not any longer the last 3 times I have stopped here... have been nothing but inconveniences. Tonight they were out of meat (again) and instead of putting up a sign or letting peopleknow when they come in they just let you stand in line and wait to tell you until they?re already making the food for you. We were passing through here on a long road trip and stopped here to eat dinner at 7:45pm on a Sunday night. We were the only... customers in sight. Every single table was visibly dirty. The trash cans were all overflowing onto the floor. The drink stationwas covered in trash (straw papers, lids, cups, etc) and the lemonades and teas were all empty and looked gross. Behind thecounter, a few employees were just standing around. No one bothered greeting us or asking to take our order or anything. Theyjust stood there staring at us while we were looking around at the tables. We glanced behind the counter and it was absolutelydisgusting as well. We ended up walking out without ordering. There?s no excuse for any restaurant to be in the shape that thisone was in, much less when there was clearly plenty of downtime that they could have been cleaning and preparing for customers.We go to a LOT of Chipotles and they?re all clean and have great food, but this one was unfortunately a total disgrace to thename. If the health department were to walk in here at this time, I would certainly hope it would have been shut downimmediately. Read more
I'd give negative 5 stars if I could. I've worked in food. It's not the best. I get it, I do. However, closing early just... because you feel like going home early on a Saturday night is bad for business and incredibly selfish. Corporate needs to stepin on this particular location ASAP. If this was just one isolated incident, I wouldn't even bother with a review. This isneeded. I've had various bad things happen with this location, BUT, tonight was my last straw. I placed an online pickup orderfor 9pm. They close at 10. They're supposed to anyway. I don't live far. We made it on time. The doors were locked and a signwas up saying they were closing early due to short staff. I'd believe that if it wasn't for 6-7 employees working and the 2young kids sitting at a table inside waiting on their food to take home with their employee buddy. They left with multiple bagsof food. The employee said to my husband as he walked in "there's not much left in there." Really? Oh, I'm sure. Considering youand your friends just cleared out most of it. The girl told my husband that they were out of two things I ordered. Switching towhite rice wasn't an issue. I did pay extra for the queso though and I never received it. They were rude. They even proceeded togive us dirty looks as we drove around the building to leave (they were exiting the back door). This location used to be goodwhen it first opened. Even a year or two after. Sometime after that it went down hill entirely. Orders beyond wrong, skimpy andterrible customer service. Get it together or just close the location! I'll make the drive to HotHeads from now on. Read more
I just love reading these reviews... 90% of them are stuck up while I'm just happy I got my food 100% how I like it!!!! The... employees are completely friendly, depending on who's working the lobby seems to be always clean/decently managed, good placesget good business so you can't expect the place to be perfectly intact 24/7 especially on days when the line goes all the wayoutside! Also a PSA, there is a mini wall for a reason, stop walking through the entire lobby to skip to the front... justmaking it hard for others to move around!!! Read more
Tried to rush us through. Sometimes it takes time to decide what you want exactly and prices are too high for the servings being... smaller. Cost 31 dollars for 2 people. At least the food was good but don't know if I will go again. Read more
Takeout online ordering only at 5pm on a Sunday. There?s plenty of other options around here. The food was decent, but the speed... of service wasn?t fast enough to warrant the takeout only policy. They looked over staffed to be in this situation and were rudeto multiple customers regarding the takeout only situation. Read more
We love Chipotle. The food is always good. But this time the environment in this particular location left much to be desired. 2... and half hours before closing and they were out of sour cream, chicken and all their specialty fountain lemonade. We were toldthere were no more trays but found ALL of them stacked by the overflowing garbage can, no napkins and dirty tables whileemployees were on their phones. Plenty of lag time between customers to at least accomplish one of these things. Thinking thatthis was because the lack of management presence or maybe not?? Still waiting in line but had to review. Twenty people left when we were in line. One person running line. All the rest of... employees stand around talking. One lady got another guy to assist her and then she stopped helping and stayed at register.Never saw a chipotle where their employees were not invested in work and customer service. All 18 tables dirty, bathrooms werehorrible, trash cans overflowing. Management needs to visit ASAP. I am just hoping the 30 minute wait is worth it because we arejust traveling through. Read more
