Slow, slow, slow, slow, slow. And most of the time they are "cash only, sorry to inconvenience you." Poor management, lack of... leadership, rude employees, cold food. Fry boxes only filled half way, and with burned fries. Ridiculous. Employees standingaround talking, while one person filled orders. Excessively long wait times. Zero sense of urgency, and getting the customersthrough the line. They had plenty of employees on this shift, but only 1 actually moving about and working. Good sweet tea,though.... What a joke. Went through the drive-thru and got three $5 biggie bags. Get all the way home and there are no chicken nuggets in my bag. I... called them to make sure they are supposed to be in there and they said yes I'm sorry. Get all the way back up there and theygive me three four piece chicken nuggets that are cold. You would think my time and gas going all the way home and now all ofour food is cold they would have given me a little bit more than three four piece chicken nuggets but no. Service has gone way down hill. We ordered 2 burgers one plain with ketchup the other with mayo and onion, these deemed to be... a much too complicated request for what we received was NOTHING close to what we ordered. Their buns always taste wet andthat's just the food. The employees are beyond unwelcoming and don't really care if you get what you're paying for but i don'tblame them a good manager would have that place running way better it starts at the top Read more
Generally just fine. Longer wait times at Wendy's than other fast food places and not entirely sure why. Maybe they are truly... cooking the burgers. Sometimes the buns seem ice cold, making the burgers less appealing. But overall this is just fine. Read more
Wendy's is one of the best fast food places, haven't eaten there since before pandemic because dining room was closed. Don't... like drive thru , if they mess up order it's too difficult to get fixed. Dining room was open, picked up food was good. DietCoke wasn't good at all, had to pour it out. This restaurant takes sooo long after buisness hours. They take a order and do not take another order till 5hey cook the order... they took first. The drive thru will have 5 cars and each car takes 30 minutes. Ridiculous. Why does it take 30 min to cookburger and fries that take 10 min to cook. We have been in 5his drive thru for 40 min. 2 cars were ahead of us ordering burgerand fries. Did I mention 5hey have not taken our order yet.. ???? 2 cars before us 45min and our order has not been taken bs.. Read more
