Very disappointing. Normally JJ's are outstanding. Not sure what went wrong here, especially after reading all the good reviews,... but would recommend staying home and making your own instead. Read more
Great food, great service. Someone used dirty mop water on the floor, there was a slightly foul smell in the dining area.
Excellent service from Kaleb. He was very patient, and explained all kinds of stuff about the menu to me. He was very... knowledgeable about their offerings. We had a good laugh during the ordering process. He told me to key in my phone number anddiscovered that I had a birthday pickle waiting for me! My sandwich was pretty good. All staff members appeared clean. Diningroom was clean and well-kept. I didn't need the drink or chips, so I cannot review their sweet tea. That'll be next time. This driver just took our order to the wrong place and left it outside on the ground and left. Luckily I was able to see the... driver pass and we called to ask if tht was our order. She said she has another person with the same name in the area, but shethought the voice sounded different when she called to let us know she was going to be late. If tht was the case why didn?t sheask to make sure and clearly the address is different. I also called jimmy johns to let them know and the manager just madeexcuses for the driver and did not apologize. We ordered through the app and did not check to allow them to set the food on theground and leave. That?s gross. If I do order from them again I will go in and not do delivery again.
