This place has slowly gone down hill. It seems like everyone who used to know their customer and what they ordered are gone. Now... it's always someone I have never seen before who acts like they don't know what they are doing. They can never hear your ordercorrectly and often have the wrong price for coffees because of the confusion. I miss the old owners who used to be there everyday. Read more
My 7 yr old wanted go here to get a Donut and although the staff was very friendly the Donuts were very hard like they had been... sitting out for awhile so I took them back in and they gave us new ones that were also hard and Very dry this is the 1st time Ihad been to a Dunkin Donut and will definately be the last ...Just a little advice I would put doors on the Donut to keep themfresh so they don't get so hard Read more
So, I went there to get a coffee and was given a chai tea instead! I clearly stated what I wanted and spoke slower because he... couldn?t understand me and asked me multiple times what I wanted! I don?t know the guys name because he wasn?t wearing a nametag but he was VERY rude to me from the start of my order to the time I turned back around to the drive through! He tried tocharge me for the coffee I asked for then took the iced tea back through the window! I worked in food service before and you arenot supposed to take food or drinks back through the window! I work in hospitality and this guy should not be working withcustomers! His attitude and tone is terrible for the job! He sighed an angry sigh when I said I want what coffee not tea. That?snot what I ordered! He even repeated it back to me! I guess he didn?t understand my English but that?s ABSOLUTELY no reason tobe rude to ANYONE! I am very dissatisfied with this place! Foods and drinks in Dunkin Donuts are always delicious however this store location is always out of stock. The area looks good... but not enough choices available in the menu. Less stocks means unsatisfied customers because we have to choose from optionswhich are not really the ones we preferred because we drove all the way there just to find out they don't have enough stocks tosell. Though I give credits for the yummy lattes and sandwiches and clean store area. Read more
