This would be a five star if their driver's were better equipped with location services. Zachary was very pleasant and... professional with my service delivery. What made this four stars was Zachary's genuine empathy for arriving late with dinner.And this was brought to Domino's attention in which they promptly sent an appropriate apology and coupons, before I even had athought about calling in a complaint(I'd rather see them in person) Domino's, kudos for excellent service recovery! Place order they take your money. Order was cancelled with no notice after waiting 2 1/2 hours not recieving then I call they... said got cancelled will not refund for days. We ordered pizza for our staff today. Came back to check the status 15min after scheduled delivery and were delighted to see... our order was cancelled with no explanation, no call, no heads up. Called the number but no one picked up the phone. Inormally never leave reviews like this but it's hard not to be bummed when your team was supposed to be rewarded and now, theyjust feel let down.
