Two years later I still have the same complaint. Never leave this locations drive through without checking out your order. 2%... chance it?s right. It?s my own fault for coming to this location. I don't know why I keep coming back to this location besidesit's close to home. The amount of times I've ordered a beef and cheddar and left with a dry gross roast beef sandwich that isNOT a beef and cheddar is embarrassing. But I definitely get charged for the more expensive sandwich I order. And receive thecheapest sandwich they make. I wish it would let me leave 0 stars. I love Arby's, but this Arby's is trash. Supposed to be open till 9 they were closed at 825. Then they curse at you. this place is stupid ridiculous, needs employees... that are worth having and stay till the correct closing time Read more

This Arby's is very friendly to all kinds of backgrounds of people. I enjoy when people take the time to ask how I'm doing and... the service and food quality was as to be expected. Parking is always avaliable as its on a cross roads between j town andmiddle town so its good to go here mid day if you have the time as they're low stress environment usually for longer periods oftime post 12 p est. Standard Arby's experience, this location is directly off Interstate 64 at Blankenbaker so easy to get in and out of. The inside... dining area is clean and comfortable. Service was good, the servers on the cashier line were pleasant and helpful and the foodwas prepared quickly. Food quality was on target with my beef n' cheddar sandwich being piled with a generous amount of meat,the fries were hot and fresh. Read more
