The staff there is very unprofessional it took 15 minutes to get the order. They didn't even acknowledge I was at the window... until they handed me my order ! My family and I went through the drive thru today to get lunch and there were some things about this restaurant that stood out... to me. First the woman who took our order was very nice, and she got our oder correct. When we pulled up to get our order, a manhad our bags in his hands and was asking another woman if she has the coke that was missing, catching the potential forgottenitem. As we began to eat our food, I could tell the fry oil gets changed, which thank you for that, nothing was overcooked ourfood was made to order and that order was 100% correct as we ordered it. Stopped through on Independence Day, they were doing a brisk drive-through business. I was about 8 cars back, but, because they... were utilizing both windows effectively, the wait was minimal. Took about 8 minutes to get my food, which was hot and fresh, andpackaged nicely. Kudos to Wendy's for getting it done on a busy night! Read more
Went through drive through and had to turn around cuz they forgot to give us straws for the drinks and our sauce. Guy at the... window rolled his eyes at us and was very rude. Got home and while eating my sandwich there was a long blonde wavy hair in it.Food wasn?t good at all. Tried calling to let them know but no one answered. Line always wrapped completely around the building to the road. Always wanted to try it but not willing to wait an hour. Waited... 30 mins last time before having to go back to work starving. Doesn't even have a lobby no reason it should take that long topush food out. Obviously staff has terrible time management. Read more
