we ordered ahead on the app and pulled to the drive through. took almost 5 minutes for anyone to even say anything. we then... waited almost 20 minutes for our food which all but the tacos were incorrectly made and cold when we got it. we had to honkseveral times for the lady at the drive through to open the window back up for us to get the missing item that was not in ourbag. the lady working the drive window was extremely rude and on her phone while "helping" us. Potatoes were stale, was supposed to have doritos tacos and got regular tacos, nacho fries were sour. Been there before and is... normally good but tonight was an absolute disappointment. Read more
Upon arriving in the drive-through the gentleman said welcome to the best Taco Bell. I was skeptical at first but he was right.... Definitely one of the best taco bells I've ever been to friendly service incredibly fast food was hot and made correct and itwasn't just thrown together and wrapped carelessly these people really care about their product. They've replaced the menu board and an actual person taking your order with a touch screen computer kiosk where you select items... to order yourself. The workers will not serve you-- they're either trained to ignore you, or maybe they do it by choice. Madeit difficult to get condiments, napkins, straws, etc. because they were all out when we went inside to eat. They also gave ourorder to someone else in the drive through, then gave it directly to us when the drive through customer brought it inside totell them he'd received the wrong order. Kinda gross-- we don't know if the customer touched the food, took a bite out ofanything, or what. There was also no option for ice water on the kiosk-- only bottled water. It was a whole process trying toexplain that we needed cups for ice water. All told, we had to ask for drink cups, straws, napkins, sauces, and to remake itemson our order-- and each time it took several minutes because there was no one at the counter except for a kiosk, and any nearbyworkers actively avoided making eye contact with us. When we ordered dessert, my husband paid with a $20 and they had to go tothe back to get change for it because there wasn't enough to break a $20 up front. It was all kind of bizarre and veryunfriendly. Quite obvious that Taco Bell (at least this location) doesn't want to serve customers that are dining inside therestaurant. Read more

It's OK if you want to order your own food from the kiosk. With the prices going up and now customers having to order your own... food seems like the company is just taking advantage of the customers. And if you want something special on your food you mightas well forget it . Read more
The person who took my order was absolutely the best. Great attitude. My order was delivered the fastest ever. I can still get... pinto's n Cheese. However, I ordered two and only got one but the one we did get was not reconstituted very good as it was dryand lumpy. My Nacho Bell Grande was wonderful! I wouldn't do a lower star because husbands Tacos were great too! Read more
DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!! Went inside with CASH to get food. Stood there and placed order on digital pad like the women told me... working the drive thru. Friends paid with card on another pad. 20 minutes later they got their food and ours still wasn't takencare of because the lady working the drive thru refused to help check us out. So our order never went thru. She also refused tomake their freeze and tried to play a game of power with her verbal abuse. Drive thru customers also came in with ordersmessed up. Read more
