I usually don't leave reviews, but after my last handful of visits, i felt compelled to do so. In the last 10 days, we've... visited this location about 5 times, twice today. 4 of the 5 times our order was made improperly. One order was so bad, weordered 4 items and all 4 items weren't correct. For example, ordered our son an OREO/PEANUT BUTTER/REESE'S shake, he got acheesecake shake. The people are great, friendly, but more effort needs to be put into making sure the correct order isdelivered. I don't mind waiting an additional 5 minutes to ensure my food is correct and fresh. I am very patient, havingworked in the customer service industry a majority of my life. I'm just tired of getting all the way home, only to realize myorder isn't correct or having to spend extra time verifying it before i leave. As i said, people are great. After multiple visits similar to tonight?s, I?ve decided to post a review. As always, the servers are absolutely great. Good... attitudes and helpful. The food though ????. ????????? My burgers typically look like this when ordered. Smushed and justthrown together. It?s honestly unappetizing. This time the burger patty was a little burnt and torn in half. I wish they?d stopshoving the food in the bags as well. Had another sonic burger with this order that was smushed and the chili cheese fries weresmushed due to piling everything on top. Plus the fries and mozzarella sticks we ordered were lukewarm at best. Mind you, weused the app. Picked a time and arrived roughly 2 mins after pick up time. Ordered online because the app never lets me check out & the ordering went fine but once i hit checkout it takes forever to load... then it sent me to take a surrvey which i did but it asked me if my order was correct & u fhadden gotten it yet but when i didthey gave me a watery shake with 3 cherry STEMS on top, no a tual cherries & it wasnt the right shake!!
