Nest prison themed brewery. Food was all really good and they did a good job of handling our large group. Good selection of... beers and even their own root beer. Prison themed restaurant and microbrewery. We were there for the food (non alcoholic drinkers) and thoroughly enjoyed it. All... meats on the sandwiches are roasted in house. We had a birthday lunch at Prison Brews before exploring the rest of downtown Jeff City. The food was delicious and there was... something on the menu for everyone. Top favorites at the table: supreme pizza, pulled pork sandwich, and the bratwurst. We alsoenjoyed the nachos and onion ring appetizers at our big table. Service was great! The food took a while to come out but we cameat a very busy time and the food still tasted amazing. There is plenty of seating inside of the building as well as outside onthe patio. They even have a couple fire pits and a bocce ball court! You must visit this restaurant if you are planning on goingon the prison tour. Highly recommend order the Prison Brews draft..tasty! Read more
