Got two famous bowls and a spicy Mac and cheese and chicken bowl. All three had almost NO chicken in them. 95% tiny fried balls... of dough. Basically got the scraps because it was late and they didn't want to make more chicken even tho this was almost anhour before they close. Completely unacceptable! And we love their bowls which is why I'm so upset. Would have went back andasked them to make new ones but we live 25 minutes away and didn't notice until we got home to eat. Waste of money! Didn't get my order right... I ordered 2 mashed potato bowls. They gave me 2 macaroni and cheese bowls. The macaroni and cheese... was super dry. I didn't get my fries for my meal and u would think they would throw silverware with my bowls but they didn't dothat either ???? and I was traveling. Do better kfc Read more
I used to be a regular customer at the KFC in LaPorte, in. We recently moved to Missouri and was passing through Jefferson... City. We stopped at the KFC there and were greatly disappointed. The chicken was undercooked and greasy. My wife's pot pie wasnot great either. The service was lousy because the one person working the window was tied up with a customer complaint aboutbeing shorted on their order. I will never stop there again!! Read more

I ordered 2 macaroni bowls tonight - one regular and one spicy. After waiting 20 minutes, I finally got my order only to... discover they were both regular and they forgot the pickles I paid $1 for, (which is ridiculous if you ask me). You would thinkhaving 20 minutes to get a 2 item order would be sufficient time to get my order correct. I was going to call about this matter,but, I have called before when they messed up my order and no one ever picks up. Needless, I won't be back. Customer service was awful, got them a little before 9pm on a Friday night. The sign says chicken cooked fresh when ordered. I... can honestly say the chicken tenders were hockey pucks. I could hardly bite through them. I ordered extra fries and was told itwould take 5mins if I wanted to wait, ended up taking almost 15mins and they could not even make fresh chicken that was notsitting in the warmer for hours. We couldn't even hardly understand Dominique who was working the drive through, you could tellthey were wrapping up and could care less about helping us. Read more
On April 7th I pulled into the drive-thru just before noon. ( I know .....what a weird time for lunch, right?) After waiting a... bit I looked more closely at the menu & noticed the sign taped above the menu stating hours had changed to Open At12:00 Hmmm...,ok. Looked at my watch and it was 11:57. Rather than drive somewhere else I decided to just wait the 3 minutesuntil they opened. I began reading my emails while waiting when I noticed a woman get out of a car & came over to my window &stated they weren't open. I glanced at my watch & said, " it's almost noon, I'll wait". She said they were "DELAYED" wouldn't beopen for a while. She then waddled back to the car, got inside and her companion and she finished eating their POPEYE'S!!!!!! Ifthe manager/owner has this little regard for this business, they should sell or close it. Absolutely No Excuse! BTW, both Lee'sChicken & Popeye's Chicken ( both just down the street)were open and doing a BRISK business.
