This was one of the worst experiences of my life ordering from Jimmy John's. I ordered via Doordash with specific instructions... to call me when they arrive and hand it to me in person and they did NONE of that. I waited over an hour for food that was leftoutside my room for ANYONE to steal with no word from my delivery person. Not only that but I called 3 times and was given noinformation on the statues of my order or that it had been dropped off 20 minutes prior to a room with no one inside. This hotelis hot too! I am beyond upset and disappointed in what should have been a very easy service as I was waiting in the lobbymultiple times for them to arrive. I am never ordering from there again! Read more
PLEASE correct your open hours. i drove 25 miles out of my way at 2130 930 PM you all were closed. Your hours are till 1400 2... PM. I love JJ and get sandwhiches from JJ 3 to 4 x a week. I NEED my JJ fix! Read more
I heard that Jimmy John's was very good, so I went here (a couple of months ago) and expected way more than what I got. My wait... was kinda long. When I got the sub, it was very bland. But it did teach me something. It turns out I like the bread toasted andthe cheese melted when it comes to subs. Read more
Ordered my food at 12:30pm and didn?t receive my sub until 1:38pm I literally live right up the road from the shop. The lady... delivering my sub apologized for the wait and was very nice. Went to take out my sub and it was nothing at all what I hadordered, a beach club should have tomoates and cucumbers but I got two pieces of wheat bread with lettuce, guacamole, andmeat.... definitely not ordering from the jimmy johns downtown ever again. Not freakishly fast today. We brought in 21 people to eat around 3:00 this afternoon. Normally when we bring in that many... people restaurants will complete the drivers mean, not this Jimmy John's. It took about 40 minutes for all the sandwiches toget made. While we were there someone asked for toilet paper and we were told they were completely out.... How does thathappen?
