Our waitress was rude. She cut me off as I was ordering so of course my order was wrong and so was my autistic sons. When I told... her they were wrong she rolled her eyes and walked away. I repeatedly asked for ice water and didn't get it until right beforewe left. We were one of only two tables. The other table was a couple and one was a vegetarian. Waitress was extremely politeand very accommodating to them. She bent over backwards for them. She never brought us our ticket so we had to wait around atthe check out for someone else to finally notice us so we could pay and leave. Definitely did not leave a tip and we will nevergo back. We sure miss the wonderful staff from the Columbia, Missouri location that never reopened after the fire. Read more

They had plenty waitresses/waiters but they didn't know what they were doing. The management needs to train employees better.... We were there for 2 hours because we waited a long time for someone to take our order. My husband had to go get our silverwareand syrup. Customers were very upset for the service they were getting. I know this day and time businesses are short handed,but in this case it wasn't because they were short handed it was because they needed more training. The food was not very good.The omelet was all egg no vegetables. My husband's was good and also my son's was good. Read more

Dynaste, our waitress was horrible to say the least. She first got our drinks wrong. Then brought our coffee in to-go cup even... though we were sit in. Then she messed up our food. One of my friend who does not eat beef so he ordered chicken but was broughta hamburger. Then she said let me change it, went to the kitchen and came back saying there is no chicken left. When we orderedthe salad, we got a pile of greens, a pile of mushroom and 4 pieces of chicken. Total time spent 2 hrs 45 mins. Read more

Abominable. Apparently, my original review was too long for Maps. Service - atrocious. Management - Don't even ask. I recommend... ditching the Airpods before coming to talk to an already angry customer. Food - Might've been OK if it was hot, but the 14minute wait for something to eat it with made that a distant fantasy. Service - The only hustle I saw was the manager trying toget away from me when I tried to explain the situation. He didn't wanna hear it. "I can have them re-make your food, and coverthe ticket..." Why would I want to wait another hour for food, dude? This rates as the third-worst dining experience in my 50some-odd years of dining out. This beats every really bad McDonald's experience I've ever had. I tipped it like my grandmothertaught me for bad service, two cents, face down on the table. That was being magnanimous. It is only the second time I've everstopped in the lobby and recommended that patrons not waste their time. I understand they were swamped because of the holiday. Iallowed for that. But observation tells me that the ambling pace staff other than the manager used tells me it's badly-run. Youwanna learn how it's done? Go to Oscar's, those folks work their buns off. Ordered strawberry crepes combo. The crepes were "heavy and thick", should have been light and thin. Presentation was nice, and... the server, Kalinda, was excellent. IHOP has fallen a long way in my opinion. Used to love IHOP, now-- just, eh. Read more
