Reviews for Culver's in Jefferson City, MO
We have been meaning to try Culver's. They're usually too busy but we decided to brave the crowd. We were pleasantly surprised.... I think the wife even said the words, "I think I found my new favorite place". Read more
Stopped by Jeff City Culver's in the way back to Lake St. Louis from the Lake. What a mistake !!! I've been a Culver's lover... for years, but not this one !!! Parking lot was a joke... whoever designed the parking and line waiting for to go orders hadtheir head somewhere it shouldn't have been. Ordered inside and asked for 2 single, no cheese and fries. Got in the car and had2 double cheeseburgers. ???? Checked out receipt and sure enough... charged for 2 double cheeseburgers. That's just not right!!! ???? Read more
Food was good. Service was decent. A few employees looked like they didn't have anything elce to do but stand there and talk... to each other, about what seemed like another employee who was actually working. Not sure exactly but. We enjoy Culver's andeverything was great and hot. Read more

This was overall one of the worst experiences I?ve had. It was not busy when I got there but it was busy when I left. Hey Chuck... ridiculously too long to get my food. The burger was not even warm. My son?s chicken had tendons that he could not even buythrough which of course made a mess in the truck. They were out of multiple drinks that I tried to get for my son. There was nocheese with the five dollar pretzel bites that I bought. On a good note the fries were warm. Oh yeah and an up charge to have atomato on my burger. That?s weird Read more
We walked in there were 3 people up front no one acknowledged us. We waited and was about to walk out till one worker turned to... the register. She never said anything to is then was like can I help you. My buyer was crispy but still edible. The ice creamwas good. Wished for better staff manners. My 1st visit ever and wasn't impressed. Back in the land of Culver?s. After 6 months on the East Coast and not a Butter Burger insight, was glad to get my first bite... of their standard single fresh beef, never frozen, grilled burger. Throw on some fresh lettuce, tomato and pickles and you aregood to go. Fried chicken sandwich is a good piece of chicken breast and signature crinkle cut fries is their go to side. Interior is clean, roomy, with plenty of tables and booths and outdoor seating is available on the patio. Staff are veryfriendly and extremely helpful as they assisted my wife in bringing out our food. Once they spotted our Black Lab seated by thetable, the young female employee so nicely got a pup cup for him. A scoop of custard with a of couple doggie treats on it. They certainly won over him. And we too were very happy. Read more
Culver's is normally one of our favorite places to eat. We decided to go for dinner one evening after we received a coupon for... two double cheese Butterburgers for the price of one. We had never tried them before. It was delicious! The fries were goodtoo, fresh and hot. The reason for the lower rating was the frozen custard we ordered after our meal, and the way I was treatedwhen I complained. The frozen custard of the day was peach crisp. Sounds great, right? It was terrible. It did not tastelike peach at all. There were a few small pieces of peach in it, but I could tell artificial flavoring was added, and it didnot have a good flavor. I took a few bites and decided I wasn't going to pay almost $4 for something I couldn't eat. I took itto the order counter and tried to explain that it just wasn't good, and I couldn't eat it. I thought they might offer analternative or give my money back. The two employees just stood there looking at me like I was nuts and didn't say a word. Ithink one of them was the manager on duty, because she was dressed differently. After standing there for a moment, I realizedthey weren't going to do anything. I said I would just throw it away then. I did throw it away in front of them and sat downagain with my family while they finished their custard. What a shame customer service isn't like it used to be. Read more
