This store has gone down hill. It is one of the most run down and malfunctioning Casey's I have ever been in. They put people at... the register with no training while all of the staff that does is off on break or delivering pizzas. I have stopped by over mymunch period to grab a quick bite to eat from their pizza kitchen and often presented with 4 - 5 slices in the warmer that lookas if they have come from an Egyptian tomb or they have no selection at all. One would think that a Kitchen would prepare aheadfor those that come in over lunch or supper but logical thought seems to be lacking in the preparation and running of the store. Read more
Went in store, prepaid $60 for gas, $56 filled it up. Go back in to get my receipt and she prints a very faded prepay receipt. I... say I need the actual amount receipt she said it's digital on the register but she can't print it. I tell her to tell people shecan't give them a good receipt before they give her money and the manager tells me to leave and not come back. Read more
Absolutely appalled with Casey?s right now. For one, was delivered food that was NOT ours, and I was being completely nice and... understanding that things happen and I was willing to get it redone, and I try to call these people six times and they left meon hold for over ten minutes where I could hear them yapping.
