Awesome experience! We have 4 teenagers and standing in line with them is no fun. Leaving them alone at the table while I stand... in line is stressful (unless my husband is with me).But we can all sit down together and place our order and pay on my phone!Simply amazing! It?s def not their pleasure to serve you at this location. HORRIBLE RUDE ATTITUDES! I?ve had to get refunded for hair in my food... and waited 10 minutes for a lemonade that I ordered on the mobile app just to see people who came in after have food preparedfor them (wasn?t ready when they walked in) and walk out before me. Order #6346993 we made a $240 catering order 2 days in advance, paid 2 days in advance... we show up at 3:30 the time... designated, let them know we were waiting on catering order for my daughters birthday which started at 4, 29 minutes later theyfinally bring part of the order... they said it would take another 15 min to make the mac n cheese trays as they forgot to make. Asked for a refund just for the unmade mac, took the rest and left.. Disappointed to order and pay 2days in advance..then stillhave to wait 29 minutes for only partial amount of our order. Read more
Parking is atrocious, staff are rude, lines are long and slow, they don't seem to have enough staff, but their staffing issues... aren't mine and they should be getting orders out faster and correct, they didn't even get by order correct and than proceededto blame me for their confusion and staffing issues and over charged me by 3$ worst place to eat in the area. It's a chick fil a, so easy 5 stars. This one just goes above and beyond. The employees are so nice here. The food comes out so... fast as well. The inside decor is cute and it's a nice place to be. And the food here is so good. It's just so wonderful. Mymouth is watering just thinking about it. I love all Chick-fil-As, but I love this one just a tiny bit more than all the others. Read more
