I get drive-thru food here pretty often. Won?t be continuing to do so. Portions are always TINY. Noticeably smaller than any... other Zaxby?s I frequent. I don?t care what they say about ?corporate controls portions.? They call one handful of fries adouble order. Not only that, the fries RARELY have much if ANY seasoning. Our food was okay, but the experience getting it was horrible. I ordered online, and tried to pick up through drive thru, as I... had a fussy toddler with me. I was told I had to come in. My order was wrong, and it was very difficult to correct it, whiledealing with a fussy child. It would have taken minimal effort to hand me food through the drive thru window, or atleast openthe door as I was trying to get an order of food, two drinks, and a toddler out of the doorway. I ordered the Kickin Chicken Sandwich meal. There was a bit of a crowd, but I was able to find a seat. Service was fairly quick... and it was tasty. This time the sandwich was served with less sauce than they typically deliver, but it was still pretty good.They have one of those single spout drink mixers from Coke and a separate ice machine. The app does not include history itemized receipt, just totals. So it's hard to know what you ordered before. No more celery... sticks and ranch condiments. No more insane wings, and my nuclear wings barely have any sauce. They tasted so plain. The wingsare so freaking small it's comical. The tenders are way smaller with so much breading. The coleslaw on the size has 3 bites inthe plastic cup. We used to crave Zaxby's. Now we're just disappointed when thinking about the old quality and quantity of foodwe used to get. Read more

Zaxby's used to be a welcome stop during a long road trip that was set apart from the greasy fast food options. But this stop... was terrible. Grilled chicken sandwich = burnt and dry, with lettuce (I think I see a few strands of lettuce) and tomatoes.Fries were limp and soggy. The dining area and restrooms were dirty and dark. They have the best house grilled salad, I minus the cheese & most of the time tomatoes. This is a great dish they just went... away with my honey french dressing... but other than that, it is always freshly cooked and my order has NEVER been wrong!!!! Read more
