This place is absolutely terrible. I was at the drive through for 15 minutes before I got someone to take my order,and when they... did they started to take my order it extremely unprofessional,and rude. After a total of 30 minutes I got my food,mind you therewas only one other car ahead of me, and my order was wrong! So I went inside to get it sorted the manager Kayla I believe hername was, was very rude as well. She told me that I ordered the wrong thing,when I know I ordered a two piece white with mashedpotatoes and gravy with macaroni and cheese. That was not what they gave me! I got a two piece dark,with green beans,and rice! Idon?t know where they got that from! I showed her my receipt and she rolled her eyes and told someone to go fix it! Just a horrible experience in general! The manager Kayla is not professional at all! The front stays closed 90 percent of the... time! The food is never fresh! The restaurant itself is dirty in general! There is bugs crawling in the bathroom and the lobbywhen it is open. When in the drive-thru you wait over 20 minutes to get someone to take your order, then they are rude, thenyour food is not right half the time. Then what I did get is either cold or old! It just ridiculous! When asking to speak with amanager she is just as rude as the employees! Such a horrible place to be in general! We will never be returning! This placeused to be a very good restaurant but now it's just horrible! They refuse to give refunds at all or fix the things they mess up! Even when you have the receipt?! I gave a neutral score. I didn't get a chance to visit. They were sooo busy on Sunday morning. There were more than 20 cars in... the drive thru line and there were tons of people on the inside. I can't be upset about a ton of people having the same idea asme. Read more
Last time I was there they gave me obviously old coffee. After I had told the order taker I would wait for fresh. It was not a... good time to get fresh coffee from some outdated fast food restaurants. Anywho this time I got borounds that will be sure tomake me wait another couple years before I stop there again. They litterally taste like they had been soaked in grease aftercooking. I love the food. Enjoy it every time i get it. But my LORD are the Drive-Thru workers absolutely terrible. We ordered a Number 9... (which is three pieces of chicken, fries, and a biscuit with a drink). It was all we ordered. They made the food, put it in thebox. But made us wait 25 minutes after we had already paid for the food. And again, keep in mind, the order was ready for us butthey didn't give it to us. Then they had the audacity to ask "what are you guys waiting on?" We told them we were waiting on ourorder, told them what we ordered, and they said "ok." 5 minutes later, "what are you guys waiting on." At this point I wasalready gonna be late for work. So we tell them again we are waiting for the number 9 we ordered. This time, they give us thefood, but it's the wrong order. We sat there for 30 minutes watching them employees walk around doing everything except give usthe order. Talking to each other, laughing, messing with random things in the kitchen. Waited 15 minutes for a curbside that never came. Had to walk up to the drive thru to speak to someone. When I finally did they... told me my food wasnt even ready, the chicken wasn?t even cooked. Then the lady who spoke to me told me the receipt machine isslow sometimes but my receipt printed at 1:28 and when I came inside it was 1:40.
