Highly recommended outstanding quality what an enjoyable experience in the little town of Jasper Georgia up in Pickens County... the Woodbridge Inn & Tavern is a definite place to relax and enjoy a wonderful meal. Chef got it down to a science. I can'texpress how much our family enjoyed our meal with the Woodbridge team. Take a moment slow down, call in for a reservation andenjoy some good quality time and a amazing place for dinner. Thank you Woodbridge for serving our family, and the littles lovethe walk in and out on the old classic Woodbridge a sight to see for all. Read more

Just went to the Woodbridge recently and disappointed in the service and the food. When your there and your already out of soap... in the middle of the evening meal. Ask for a meal that serves steak and shrimp and you only get 4 strip pieces each. When youwalk out and still hungry is pure disappointment. We will give it another try but it will be a while before we return. Oh andspend $17 for a glass of wine. It is obvious this place is for the Big Canoe crowd not the local folks. Read more

Another complicated post about an interesting place. I returned to Jasper,Georgia after a disappointing attempt at interesting... eateries in Ellijay. We went to the Woodbridge Tavern and ate a late brunch. The atmosphere is delightful. It's cozy andslightly rustic without being "country" and modern without being pretentious. The service, once he relaxed, was quite good. Weordered the brunch de jour--Bloody Mary. I asked for the spicy--and was not disappointed. Excellent cocktails. The brunch menuwas eclectic! And, honestly, I'm still sorting it out in my head. They had the standard quiches and avocado toast. But they alsohad the oddest "hamburger" I have ever seen. Hamburger patty, tomato, onion, bacon, and an egg sandwiched between two fluffypancakes, served with syrup and butter. Fries on the side. Now, I'm told the chicken, bacon and mushroom quiche wasunderwhelming. But I give the restaurant props for thinking outside the box. I'm still not sure what I think of my brunch. Itried it with and without syrup. It was unevenly salted, but that's the most negative comment I can make. I suspect this is oneof those dishes you will just have to try for yourself. Read more
