An amazing fine dining experience! Pictured are the included warm biscuits with whipped butter. Followed by appetizers of Flaked... crab balls and Elk Carpaccio. The Elk Carpaccio were exquisite, order this. Mains were bison brisket ragout, who know bisoncould be this tender? My wife was cutting pieces of bison with her fork without an issue, great dish. The real showstopper forme was the Elk Wellington, yes the most expensive plate on the menu, but worth every penny. Top it all off with a server (Iforget his name, but he does mountain bike racing), who has anecdotes for everything, a guy I wouldn't mind listening to hisstories for the rest of the evening. Not a cheap dining experience by any means, but one definitely worth while. We will beback. Read more

Best meal I have had in a very long time. I was torn with what to order. Each one of us had a little bit of each other's meal. I... picked the best with the Elk Wellington. We also started with the meatballs and I don't think I've ever had a better meatball. And I am somewhat of a meatball connoisseur. But seriously, don't get shy away from the elk because of the price. Get! It! Ialso tried the Mac n cheese and the bison ragout. I would not hesitate to order them as well. Read more

Top to bottom, fantastic dining experience. We had: Elk carpacio, amazing, their specialty beer is great. I had the syrah it was... smooth. The flavors in the vegetarian pastiche were in point. The salmon was well prepared and well seasoned, full of flavor andpaired perfectly with the risotto. The cheesecake was outrageous, the creme brulee was spot on. I 100% recommend, and would dineagain. Read more

Had a reservation on Saturday but came in 1 hour early hoping to get seated and was greeted and seated right away. The waiter... was very friendly and helpful when it came to recommending dishes. We ordered the elk carpaccio, bison steak and their specialfor the day the yak ribeye. Prior to our meal we were given a small steak appetizer and bread which were very good and a nicestart to the meal. The elk carpaccio tasted amazing with the pesto and arugula. The bison and yak were nice and tender, thoughsome pieces were a bit tough and dry, but overall the flavours were amazing. Great place to try different types of game meatwhich are cooked perfectly! The elk carpaccio is a must try here! Would recommend highly if you ever visit Jasper! Read more

I was skeptical at first with the mixed reviews, but I am so glad I ignored the bad ones because I had an amazing dinner... here. The elk carpaccio is honestly one of the best dishes I've had ever, even more enjoyable than some Michelin starrestaurant dish and I'm really not exaggerating. The caramelized onion tart was also amazing, really amazing pastry andtomatoes and herbs were a perfect match. The bison rib eye was a highlight. Very flavourful and perfectly cooked, normally Idon't like my streaks with any sauces but this sour cherry glaze worked so well with it. Elk Wellington...I'm normally not afan of the tenderloin cut but this was really perfectly done as well. Keep in mind there's a strong mustard used for theWellington. I liked it but for those who don't like the mustard/horseradish kick, be warned it is a strong flavour. I think youget the point of you're still reading my essay. Just eat here...you won't regret it! Well done Syrahs! I'd give 6 stars if Icould. Read more
