Came alone in after dark on a snowy night after stopping in town due to weather. Server tried to seat me at the bar, totally... understandable, but I requested a table since there were about 6 open smaller tables and I preferred a table than sitting at thebar for my supper. My request was refused, and he told me he didn't want to tie up a table for one person. I left and told himI'll go somewhere that will. On that note, I highly recommend Fiddle River Restaurant just a short walk up the street, sincethey have excellent customer service and seated me at a table with no issues. Probably the worst experience I've had dining in. The service was horrible. Imagine ordering 3 starters without any cutlery... plates or napkins at your table....how are you suppose to eat? I had to get up walk to the kitchen and ask them for it. Thenordering my mains, a 12oz steak with grilled shrimp skewers and sweet potato fries and their chicken burrito bowl. The burritobowl had stale chicken rice everywhere and barely any vegetables you would expect in burrito bowl. I asked for hot sauce for mywings (starter) and none came. The 4 cheese and spinach dip needed a search team to find the cream cheese in the dip. The pitachips were dry barely warm and hard to swallow. My steak was overcooked, dry and literally had zero taste whatsoever. All adecent steak needs is salt and pepper but somehow that's too much to ask for. 1 bite and I had to spit it out. Couldn't evenswallow. That was the last straw I stood up went to the kitchen counter asked for my bill paid and left. I do not know how thisplace has a 4 star rating. Staff was friendly. Food on menu was not available and of poor quality. Waitress returned twice and informed us menu items we... ordered are not available. The chicken Fajitas wrap/ tortilla bread was all stuck together. Nice waitress so didn't complain andstill left a good tip. Read more
Good food and well priced after looking in a few other places. Portion size was good and the childrens menu was helpful showing... pictures of the dish. The kids burger was as big as an adults burger!!! Service was good. Crayon's and drawing bits for kidswhich is always what A parent looks for to entertain their little monsters. Read more

Made a huge take out order and it was not good. Ribs were great, the fries with each meal were good, other than that everything... was awful. Burgers we not made to order. Pulled pork poutine came in two different sides and no cheese. Kids grilled cheese wasNOT cooked. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Read more
Food and flavours were all very good. Server seemed new but did well. Manager provides exceptional customer service!! Very... attentive, friendly and just all around a very nice man. Views are awesome from this location. We are new locals and will beback. Read more
