We ordered the pork belly appetiser, salmon and tenderloin as main and one bottle of red wine. The outer layer of the salmon was... crispy, nicely cooked, could be a little juicer. Ordered bison short rib for dinner. Wonderful and tender. So much flavour and falls right off the giant bone. Comes with veggies... and sweet potato fries. My self, my partner and 2 friends of ours went out to a lovely Dinner at the Becker?s chalet restaurant. We were greeted and... seated by the restaurant manager Melanie who was lovely. The table service from Lilian was excellent and she was able to easilynavigate the menu for us. Answering any and all questions we had. The food was excellent.
