Walked in 15 minutes before close, the cook in the back was cleaning his station. Felt bad but i needed to eat and go to sleep... for early am work the next day. Anywho, the cook in the back made eye contact with me, smiled and nodded. Then went to workmaking me dinner, no soggy old fries, no "leftover" dinner for me, he cooked everything the way it was ment to be done. I wantedto reach out to thank that fella, the smile and a nod did alot to make me feel better about possibly ruining their chances toget home maybe a tad early. It's OK for a morning breakfast as most of the local hotels do not offer breakfast and the other famous joint is several... kilometers away. You need to show up earlier as they have limited dine in tables. During my visit, the ladies washroom was outof service and forces everyone to go the the guys side. Fun. Read more
Coupon doesn't work. Service isn't great, the restaurant is very stuffy and it isn't the cleanest restaurant. Do not go there.... Not recommended. After looking at other reviews. They all complain about the same issues with staff, quality and cleanliness. Should have read the comments prior going. This reduce the quality expected on A&W franchise that is expected. Read more
Good place for getting a fast meal, they serve breakfast all day. Good staff ????????, we were there two times. The only problem... is that they don't provide parking, however you can park somewhere else. Read more
We had the breakfast here. Service was fast which wass exactly what we needed since we had something booked at 9. Had their... combo with the fried eggs, which they did fairly well. The buttered bread slices were pretty big, which came as a surprisebecause most of the breakfast places use small and thin slices. Overall I would recommend this over a lot of the moretraditional restaurants here which are way overpriced for the same kind of food. Read more
I visited Jasper A&W at 1:05 pm on June 13. The unprofessional staff made a Double Buddy Burger. She used a wrong bag and forgot... put the grill onion on the burger. Please keep on A&W standards! Read more
Went here 2 days in a row. First day the men's bathroom was out of order. The second day the women's was out of order but both... were locked. When they unlocked the men's o one was in and lights were off. Also the hand dryer is cold air only. Read more
Please update your hours of operation online. I arrived with what I thought was 45 minutes before close only to find out they... closed 15 minutes earlier. Not impressed after a long day of hiking and trying to find somewhat budget friendly food in Jasper. Read more
