This is a stop on my travels to and from my parents and my home!!! Every time I stop which I travel monthly mind you the service... and cleanliness of this store drops a level!!! Sad thing this isn?t a older store, the lack or pride and work ethic in thisestablishment is unbelievable to me!!! They?ll stand behind the counter with only you in the store and yell for you instead ofwalk out to greet you and hand you your order personally!!! I try not to got to the Popeyes in Jarrell because they always tend to forget something for my order. Again I went this time and... ordered and got everyone else?s food for my family but my food that I ordered was missing. I stopped going for a long timebecause of this reason and it happened again. Good visit over all, the location is attached to a gas station. The only thing that was odd was the straws and lids for the... sodas were on the counter where you order not next to the drink fountain, so if you didn't see them and get one before youpoured your drink you had to either walk with the full drink or leave it unattended to get a lid. I love Popeyes chicken, but i couldnt believe how small the pieces are. I ordered a 3 piece meal. When it came to the counter it... look like a very small 2 piece dinner. I told the lady i ordered a 3 piece. She said it was. I lfted a very small wing and therethe third piece was. It really bad that a small wing can hide a smaller wing under it. I swear the pieces look like they cameoff a corning hen. Read more
I've been to better Popeyes. The chicken sandwich was DRY, the Cajun rice was dry, just not very good at all. And I asked for a... large and got a regular fry then had to pay for another fry. Read more
I've changed my 5 star review to a 2. Not sure what has happened at this location. Entire change of staff and a serious decline... in service. Just got an order where I paid an upcharge for theac and cheese and received a pitiful portion. Didn't even coverthe bottom of the container. I stop here often and I have to say that I'm VERY disappointed in this location over the past fewmonths as I've watched it decline. Read more
This is the second time my "large fry" was a small fry. See photo posted. Thanks. Updated after trying for the 1000th time and... being disappointed 987 times. Im done. Im sick of these rude "kids" and managers. Get some customer service experience and tryagain. Will not return after I drove 5 mins to get food that I ordered on their app 30 whole minutes before they closed. Theyput signs on the door and drive through saying CLOSED but I pulled up ready to get my $20of dinner for me and thekids.....Jasmine needs managerial training on customer service as well as the other unknown name of a manager. I placed an online order and somehow between my house and the restaurant the order got canceled but they still managed to charge... me for the order. The money got refunded but I had to turn around and place another order in the drive through. I got home andwas missing a chicken sandwich and a side of red beans and rice, the fries were cold and tasted old. The chicken sandwich thatwe did get was pretty good though as well as my husband's chicken tenders and mashed potatoes. Read more
