From Omaha NE and stopped off somewhere different. I loved the baked chicken and the kids loved the chicken tenders.
Ordered tenders. They was cold. Was not asked what kind of sauce to be told its on the menu. This is the only place i know... that charges for sauces n dont even ask what i would like gravy or sauce. I have a kids meal what kid eats dry cold tenders. Most parents go out to eat already know what they want for they kids. They not going to sit thru a drive thru window n readevery single word. N then the sign is not even near the foods that require sauces. Of course i get attitudes. Did not have anissue pay 39 cents for each of the 4 sauces i got. so dont know why i got an attitude from both ladies. I wanted to speak tomanager because the attitudes but she came with one too. Yesenia is by far one of the most wonderful people that work there. She has always resolved my issues if I had any and her charm... always carry?s me over to a better attitude. Give her a raise! Read more

I would like to recognize and thank Yesenia at the Jarrell, Texas location. I order food from the drive-thru roughly 4 times a... week. Most times Yesenia is at the drive through not only providing and verifying the order is correct, but she is so pleasantand always has a smile on her face. As not only a customer, but also a person how has work with the public, in a customerservice related field, for over 30 years, I definitely appreciate her making the customer experience a great one. I ate at the Golden Chick in Harrell, Tx off the highway. If you haven't eaten there before. It was small and quiet. Not a lot... of people. The staff was very fast getting your order out. They even had an ice cream machine for a free ice cream. OnlyDine-in!!! Read more
