Another terrible experience at this restaurant. After working in the cold all week, I suggested to my girlfriend that we get... Italian from this restaurant. At 630pm we arrived to a moderate crowd. We were seated within 15 min. Upon entering the diningarea and removing my coat, I became instantly chilled. I glanced around the room and noticed several diners having their coatson. I mentioned to the waitress that it seemed cold. She asked, "you're cold?" With her tending diners I could imagine shecouldn't feel the breeze flowing from the ceiling and over the floor. As we sat and waited for our food we heard other dinerscomplain about the chill in the room. Remember, we are in Wisconsin in December with the temperature being 18 degrees outside.As we continued to wait we became even further chilled to the point of being cold! In the restaurant!! During our wait for ourdinner, everyone tried to joke about the cold temperature, making the best of a terrible situation. 40 minutes later our foodarrived and the waitress said that someone was setting in front of the thermostat and it couldn't be turned up when they weresetting there. She said it was 66 degrees in our dining area. It was definitely cold and the long wait in the cold wasexcruciating. Our food couldn't be eaten because it was cold on the top. Unbelievable. Of course the soup and salad is very good. My server was exceptional. Very nice, thoughtful and friendly. Unfortunately I did... not get her name. It was nice on veterans day she had a patriotic ribbon in her hair. Not a fan of the music. Read more

Food was decent It’s nice for social events

I love coming here because I love the unlimited soup, salad, & breadsticks. I also like a lot of their lunch & dinner entrées.... Especially their Eggplant Parmigiana. The only downfall to my experiences here is that when the staff comes out to grab dishes &clean off the tables they remove the dishes & wipe everything else on the ground. Then walks away. No one comes back to sweep upthe mess. No one comes back to spray & disinfect the table surface. Read more

Narrow parking spaces. Mediocre food had the tour of Italy, mom had shrimp scampi. The tomato sauce was bland the Alfredo sauce... was better. Mom happy with her meal I was not service was very good. And what the heck is this game charge? they have a portablekiosk at the tables and was looking at a trivia game on there but I sure as heck wasn't entering my information to play. The bread was hard, the chicken Alfredo was perfect but my chicken and broccoli margarita was terrible. The chicken breast was... hard and the pesto stuck to the plate. Almost like it was melted in a microwave. Very disappointing. The big bowl of salad waswatery and not fresh. The pie was delicious. Will not be returning here. Waitress was very nice. Read more

This place always is a good restaurant to visit. We always have such great service and the food is always on point. The only... reason I am giving 4 stars is because my food last night was a little burnt like they tried to melt the cheese for to long of aperiod. My wife's food though was amazing and perfectly cooked. We definitely will return. Read more
