It's a dying restaurant in a dying mall. Had a party for our kid, and it was uncomfortably warm in there. Was told ac must not... be working right. Went back for another bday party for friend's kid... Still warm. This time we were told it's what corporatewants for a temp. Service was very slow. Had 4 parties going on and didn't even start bringing pizzas until last hour foranyone. Crammed the singing, meeting the rat, and air machine in the last 20 minutes. Friend brought it up to the one takingcare of them. They went to their manager, who was not only unwilling to make it right... But was unwilling to come talk to themat all. Typically great experience. It is always clean and there is always people going around cleaning. Understandable they cannot... control the credit card processing service is out, but no note on the door, wasn't told until after spending time deciding whatwe were getting. Not even a simple "sorry for the inconvenience". When I told the lady to write a note on and put it on thedoor I was told "I can't" I have 4 kids, 1 was invited to a party and I had told the other 3 we'd go and play and get dinnerwhile she was at the party. Lesson learned to always have more than enough cash, debit/credit cards can so easily malfunction. Read more
Wish it was a tad bigger so they could have more available to do because the kids absolutely have a blast, it?s affordable... (game-wise) but we get burnt out pretty quick though we?re there for the kids. Pizza is good, pricy but good. One visit the ACwasn?t working and it was very humid inside but we generally stay for 1-3 hours and try to come at least once a month becausethe kids love it. Read more
Fantastic atmosphere! My daughter absolutely loved it! Food and service is great! Games are a lot of fun! My brother and I took... a short trip down memory lane, while playing the games! Actually getting tickets would be more fun! Highly recommended! Read more
The staff there is very pleasant. It's kind of pricey for their food these days (we haven't been there in a while) but what... isn't these days? The games were up to date a lot of cool new games. I highly recommend the timed bracelets if you go on offtimes (not many birthday parties) you seem to get a lot more bang for your buck. Read more
Thankfully it wasn't very busy during our visit. Our young children thoroughly enjoyed themselves, not sure if there's enough to... keep older children entertained for long. The prices are high for play and food, but everything is nowadays. Read more
Music wasn't great, food was ok, kids had a great time I guess that's all that matters!
