The sub I got the first time was extremely poorly made, 2nd time I order forgot half my order and said couldn't refund money,... 3rd time took 2 hours to get food and when I cancelled it they said couldn't give money back had to go through door dash and Icouldn't get ahold of them Read more
The employees are always friendly but Casey's as a business can do better. The last several pizzas I have picked up from here... have either not been right or they are out of toppings or condiments. Examples are adding a topping to a specialty pizza withadditional charge, but it is missing from the pizza when you get home, I have also had a taco pizza that didn't have taco chipsplaced on top, they have been out of key ingredients like Canadian Bacon or pineapple and many times I find out they are out oftaco sauce packets for the taco pizzas when picking up the pizza and this would have been good to know beforehand to ordersomething else. Ive lived down the street from this place for 6 years and never had a card reader work at a pump. Even with how great the food... is and how convenient it is for me i will never stop here again and gladly drive down the road to a kwik trip where i dont haveto go inside to pay for gas, what a joke!
